My favorite dish “Bi-Bim Bab” ...
At the Tangerine Tiger Cafe we have a menu of rice bowls with a different style of Bi-Bim Bab. The Bi-Bim Bab is a Korean traditional dish with a lot of vegetables on top of white rice. Our TTCafe serves a new style of Bi-Bim Bab while still using the Korean traditional mountain vegetables with our special chili sauce.
I have been experimenting with this recipe since I was a young child in Korea. These vegetables have many health benefits, especially for those who are trying to avoid a lot of meat in their diet.
Our Bi-Bim Bab includes: soy bean sprouts, spinach, carrot, mushroom, eggplants, and garnished with various traditional vegetables. With all these healthy vegetables this dish is very vitamin rich and also a good source of fiber.
I’m a professional artist and with this cafe I am challenging myself to make food that is more like art.
